1. To enter into Habitat Management Agreements with landowners who already allow, or are willing to provide public access to upland game bird hunting.
2. To promote the introduction of small habitat projects on CRP lands in partnership with the landowner, the USDA and the ODFW.
3. To establish and maintain an active youth program through the utilization of a committee dedicated to the promotion of hunting and conservation through education and activities designed specifically for youth.
4. To facilitate technical assistance through the Pheasants Forever organization on all potential upland habitat regardless of access limitations.
5. To build a cooperative partnership with landowners who are willing to consider some level of public access in exchange for habitat improvement projects and/or monetary compensation.
6. To continue to build partnerships and raise funding to obtain necessary resources to continue staffing and habitat projects in Morrow County and surrounding area.
7. To broaden the scope of partnerships to include service to surrounding
areas in the Columbia Basin that needs habitat
restoration and improvement.
