• Maintain wastewater treatment plant in compliance with D.E.Q. regulations with all systems functioning properly.

• Provide more public outreach through news articles, distribution of department head staff reports, and quarterly newsletter.

• Reach decision on how to proceed with city hall facilities by the end of 2002.

• Focus on basic services such as water, sewer, & streets.

• Complete the Riverside Avenue Sidewalk Extension.

• Complete formal acceptance of Unocal Property plan.

• Review Subdivision Ordinance.

• Implement downtown segment of the Transportation System Plan.
