Council Goals for 2005
Maintain and enhance the quality of life of our citizens by providing excellence in infrastructure for safe clean drinking water, effective and reliable wastewater handling, safe and efficient transportation, and aesthetically pleasing parks and rights of way.

1. Continue support for the Willow Creek Valley Economic Development Group through maintaining membership and participation in activities
2. Continue support for the Heppner Chamber of Commerce
Preserve and enhance property values and reduce the risk of damage from flooding while lowering citizens costs for flood insurance.
