Here we are! CBEC is located in beautiful Eastern Oregon. We are 47 miles south of I-84, on Highway 74. We are conveniently located about 45 miles southwest of Hermiston, and 60 miles west of Pendleton, Oregon.

Heppner Oregon, incorporated in 1887, is the Morrow County Seat. Known as "The Gateway to the Blue Mountains," there is easy access to all nearby mountain recreation areas and opportunities. Come see us, we have beautiful farms and ranches, and great history! We think you will agree, the sunrises are radiant, the sunsets gorgeous, and the wildlife is spectacular!
